After implementation, the results demonstrated that the system is efficient in providing a real-time data record of gait mechanics, in the same way as that obtained with more sophisticated devices. El presente trabajo describe una solución de bajo costo basada en un sistema de adquisición de datos ad-hoc, para el monitoreo del equilibrio del casco equino durante la locomoción con fines diagnósticos. El hardware integró un conjunto compuesto por un sensor MPU6050, un procesador ESP32, un módulo de lectura de tarjetas SD y una fuente de alimentación con su correspondiente módulo de carga. Además, se desarrolló una interfaz de aplicación para la interacción del usuario con el sistema y se presenta una solución para la representación de datos en entornos abiertos.
