We start this analysis from one of the aspects of daily life: the construction of social spaces, emphasizing the places destined for the death and its entailment in the ordering of other social spaces. In this way, on the basis of a space analysis, differential forms of constructing the places for the deads and their possible concerns on social scale are posited. Even so, this differentiation evidences a particular configuration in the role of death unifying social contents of habitus in this sector of Bajo los Cardones.   El tema de este trabajo se centra en las formas en que los grupos agroalfareros tempranos, que construyeron y habitaron el sitio Bajo los Cardones -Quebrada de Amaicha, Departamento de Tafí del Valle, Tucumán- configuraron la muerte en la vida social. Partimos para este análisis desde uno de los aspectos de la vida cotidiana: la construcción de los espacios sociales, puntualizando en los lugares destinados para la muerte y su vinculación en el ordenamiento de los demás espacios sociales. De esta manera, en base a un análisis espacial, se plantean formas diferenciales de construir los lugares para la muerte y sus posibles incumbencias a escala social.
