It analyzes the development of this phenomenon in the long term and its evolution according to the normative frameworks created by the ordinances of 1576 and 1612 and the economic cycles of the jurisdiction. Thus, the main trends of the phenomenon in each period are reconstructed from notarial sources, observing changes and continuities. This is crossed by some central concerns related to the relationship between legislative documents and labor relations, the voluntary character of this modality and its relationship with the structure of colonial domination. El presente artículo aborda el trabajo indígena concertado, en tanto trabajo voluntario y remunerado asentado en concierto ante escribano, dentro del sistema de explotación de la mano de obra indígena en la Córdoba temprano colonial. Se analiza el desarrollo de este fenómeno en la larga duración y su evolución de acuerdo a los marcos normativos creados por las ordenanzas de 1576 y 1612 y a los ciclos económicos de la jurisdicción. Así se reconstruyen, a partir de las fuentes notariales, las principales tendencias del fenómeno en cada período observando cambios y continuidades. Ello es atravesado por algunas preocupaciones centrales relativas a la relación entre los documentos legislativos y las relaciones de trabajo, el carácter voluntario de esta modalidad y su relación con la estructura de dominación colonial. O presente artigo aborda o trabalho indígena concertado, entendido como trabalho voluntário e remunerado registrado em contrato per ante tabelião, dentro do sistema de exploração da mão de obra indígena na Córdoba colonial inicial. Analisa-se o desenvolvimento desse fenômeno em longa duração e sua evolução conforme os marcos normativos estabelecidos pelas ordenanças de 1576 e 1612, bem como pelos ciclos econômicos da jurisdição. Assim, a partir das fontes notariais são reconstruídas as principais tendências do fenômeno em cada período, observando-se mudanças e continuidades.
