This is the Jóvenes y Memoria (Youth and Memory) Program implemented uninterruptedly since 2002 by the Comisión Provincial por la Memoria (Memory Commission of the province of Buenos Aires). In order to do this, the institutional framework of design and implementation is described, a description of the Program is made and the organizing concepts of the program are presented. Finally, the impact of new generations on the memories of the recent past and human rights is analyzed based on its results. En este trabajo presentaremos y analizaremos una experiencia pedagógica inscripta en el marco de las políticas de memoria que intenta superar la noción clásica de transmisión para inscribirlas en el campo de disputas por el sentido del pasado en los distintos presentes. Se trata del “Programa Jóvenes y Memoria” implementado de manera ininterrumpida desde 2002 por la Comisión por la Memoria de la provinciade Buenos Aires.
