In this context, I am particularly interested in two issues. The first, addressing the manner in which the various subjects involved in the events represent a judicial manner. The second issue refers to examine how judges are moved from the imagination of these languages to another, which involves making a decision. It means to analyze and understand the role of judges regarding the resolution of conflicts between peasant and entrepreneurs. El objetivo de este trabajo se centrará en la forma en que el conflicto por la tenencia legal de la tierra llevado a cabo por las comunidades campesinas se expresa en el ámbito judicial. Priorizamos dicho ámbito por sobre otros ya que, en la tradición democrática, en él se determina lo que es justo y lo injusto, esto es, se establece la medida misma según la cual cada parte sólo toma lo que le corresponde (Rancière, 1996). En este contexto, me interesan particularmente dos cuestiones. La primera, abordar la forma en que los distintos sujetos intervinientes representan los acontecimientos de un modo judiciable. La segunda cuestión remite a analizar cómo los jueces se trasladan de estos lenguajes de la imaginación a otro, que supone la toma de una decisión. Es decir, se trata de analizar y comprender el papel de los jueces en lo relativo a la resolución de los conflictos entre campesinos y empresarios. O objetivo deste trabalho incidirá sobre a forma como o conflito sobre a posse legal da terra detidos por comunidades camponesas se expressa no campo jurídico. Eu priorizar esta área em detrimento de outros, porque, na tradição democrática, é determinado o que é certo e errado, isto é, que institui a medida pelo qual cada parte leva apenas o que pertence (Rancière, 1996). Neste contexto, duas questões de especial interesse para mim. O primeiro, abordando a maneira pela qual vários oradores que representam os eventos de uma forma de recurso. A segunda questão refere-se a analisar a forma como os juízes são movidos a partir de línguas da imaginação de outro, o que implica tomar uma decisão.
