I've described, by trying to write from a native perspective, the routines, people, roles, action, evidences, anecdotes, movements, and memories, basically everything that is a part of this environment and that functions as a referential of possibilities. Distinctions between the three powers are realized through the flows and continuities that actually make these divisions impossible to perceive (perhaps because they neither always exist nor do they exist everywhere). I explore a variety of situations and aspects all of which are part of the instrucción , as parts of the decision-making processes, emphasizing the constant creativity that people use and which ends up provoking a chain reaction, escaping the official competence of this authority, yet, at the same time, permitting it to function. Este artículo trata sobre un Juzgado Federal de Instrucción, ámbito que promueve la investigación de delitos federales en la ciudad de Posadas (Misiones, Argentina). Mostraré, mediante un esfuerzo por escribir la perspectiva nativa, las rutinas, las personas, los papeles, las acciones, las pruebas, las anécdotas, los movimientos, los recuerdos, aquello que compone el medio y opera como referencial de lo posible. Podremos advertir que la distinción entre los poderes del Estado se da a través de flujos y continuidades que tornan imperceptibles las divisiones (porque tal vez no existan todo el tiempo ni en todos los lugares). Relataré una diversidad de situaciones y aspectos que forman parte de la instrucción , en tanto fase de los procesos decisorios, enfatizando que existen movimientos de creatividad constantes por los cuales, tanto personas como cosas, provocan efectos en red que escapan a las funciones que les son oficialmente atribuidas, pero que hacen posible el funcionamiento institucional.   Esse artigo descreve um Juzgado Federal de Instrucción, âmbito que promove a investigação de crimes federais na cidade de Posadas (Misiones, Argentina). Mostrarei, mediante um esforço em escrever a perspectiva nativa, as rotinas, as pessoas, os papéis, as ações, as provas, as anedotas, os movimentos, as lembranças, aquilo que compõe o meio e opera como referencial do possível. Poderemos advertir que a distinção entre os poderes do Estado se dá através de fluxos e continuidades que tornam imperceptíveis as divisões (porque talvez não existam o tempo todo nem em todos os lugares).
