Considering the processes as judicialised records in constant negotiation and dispute, it investigates the trajectories of those involved and explores the arrangements that guaranteed the reproduction of everyday life at this time, strained by the dichotomous meanings inherent to consent. Este trabajo se propone observar las prácticas de prostitución de jóvenes menores de edad en Argentina en las primeras décadas del siglo XX y problematizar las contradicciones en relación con el consentimiento. Con tal fin, reconstruye un caso a través de dos expedientes judiciales llevados adelante por la Justicia del Crimen de la Provincia de Buenos Aires en el año 1915 por el delito de “corrupción de mujeres”. Considerando los procesos como registros judicializados en constante negociación y disputa, indaga en las trayectorias de los involucrados y explora los arreglos que garantizaron la reproducción de la vida cotidiana en este tiempo, tensionadas por los dicotómicos sentidos inherentes al consentimiento. Este artigo tem como objetivo observar as práticas de prostituição de meninas menores de idade na Argentina nas primeiras décadas do século XX e problematizar as contradições em relação ao consentimento. Para tanto, reconstrói um caso por meio de dois processos judiciais realizados pelo Tribunal Penal da Província de Buenos Aires em 1915 pelo crime de “corrupção de mulheres”.
