Addressed by different disciplines, play has presented great difficulties to be conceptualized, however has remained the desire of inquiry it. The aim of this text is to conceptualize different approaches of game, linked to the development of the discipline. We will address the central authors of anthropology who have contributed to the relations of anthropology and game, and also those areas of research associated with other social science disciplines, which make important contributions to anthropological research. We offer a possible order of the theories, considering centrally pursued objective in its approach of playfulness. Entre los abordajes de los fenómenos sociales por parte de las ciencias humanas los juegos han presentado un interés particular. Analizado por diversas disciplinas, el juego presenta grandes dificultades para ser conceptualizado. Este texto tiene por objeto caracterizar los abordajes del juego —vinculados con el desarrollo de la antropología— de diferentes autores que han aportado a la temática, y también de aquellas líneas de investigación asociadas a otras disciplinas de las ciencias sociales, que consideramos contribuyen de manera relevante a las indagaciones antropológicas. Ofrecemos un posible ordenamiento de los autores, considerando sobre todo el objetivo que se proponen a la hora de estudiar lo lúdico. Dentre as abordagens das ciências sociais ou humanas, os jogos têm sido incluidos entre os fenômenos sociais de particular interesse. Abordado por diferentes disciplinas tem apresentado grandes dificuldades para ser conceituada, mais ainda manteve-se o desejo de inquérito. Este texto tem como objetivo conceituar os abordagens do jogo, ligados ao desenvolvimento da antropologia. Ou seja, vamos abordar os autores central da antropologia que tenham contribuído para o relacionamento da antropologia e jogo, e também nas áreas de investigação associadas a outras disciplinas das ciências sociais, o que acreditamos fazer contribuições importantes para a investigação antropológica.
