Furthermore, I explore the relationship of high dependence between the rulers and the ruled, in particular when it is related to the granting of public employment. I have noted that the locals try to deceive, through discursive strategies, the submission applied by the political representatives. It is from these strategies that the locals seek a greater degree of freedom and equality and then negotiate their support and resources. En este texto, pretendo explicar cómo la competencia política en el municipio de Cardoso Moreira influenciaba las creencias de sus habitantes; y cómo se manifestaba la disputa entre los funcionarios públicos locales y los representantes políticos. También exploro las relaciones de acentuada dependencia entre gobernantes y gobernados, especialmente en relación a la concesión de empleos públicos. En esas condiciones, los habitantes buscaban evitar, en el plano del discurso, la sumisión ejercida por los representantes políticos. Así, buscaban un grado siempre mayor de libertad y igualdad, cuando podían negociar sus propios apoyos y recursos. Neste texto, pretendo explicar como a concorrência política no município de Cardoso Moreira influenciava as crenças de seus moradores e como se manifestava a rixa entre os funcionários públicos locais e o s representantes políticos. Além disso, exploro as relações de acentuada dependência entre governantes e governados, especialmente no que diz respeito à concessão de empregos públicos. Observei que os moradores tentavam 'driblar', por meio de estratégias discursivas, a submissão exercida pelos representantes políticos.
