Sumario:This paper aims to present the early stages of a research project focused on the tomb of Amenmose and Iuy (TT 19) in the Theban necropolis of Dra Abu el-Naga. This resting place, dating from the beginning of the 19th Dynasty, preserves a unique iconographic repertoire and a stylistic style representative of the best artists. Through a historiographical review, we will present the work and previous studies carried out in a tomb that exhibits unique iconographic aspects in the Theban necropolis. In addition, the unfinished scenes in the tomb provide significant information about the decorative process of the Theban tomb and the organisation of the work.
