Through a historiographical review, we will present the work and previous studies carried out in a tomb that exhibits unique iconographic aspects in the Theban necropolis. In addition, the unfinished scenes in the tomb provide significant information about the decorative process of the Theban tomb and the organisation of the work. El presente artículo pretende presentar un proyecto de investigación que se encuentra en su fase embrionaria y que tiene como principal protagonista la tumba de Amenmose e Iuy (TT 19) en la necrópolis tebana de Dra Abu el-Naga. La construcción, de comienzos de la dinastía XIX, conserva un repertorio artístico y un estilismo propio de los mejores pintores. A través de un recorrido historiográfico conoceremos los trabajos y estudios previos realizados en una tumba que presenta aspectos iconográficos únicos en la necrópolis tebana.
