description Based on a broader socio-anthropological research, carried out between 2010 and 2021, in this article we problematize the experiences built by young students and adults who attend a social management school created by a political organization in the city of Rosario (Argentina). In particular, we describe those meanings and practices deployed in everyday school life that, in their own conception, contribute to forging a certain involvement with the collective project. We also focus on the resignifications that are generated when students finish their studies, a moment that they experience in a disruptive way since the possibility of continuing linked to the educational political project rarely materializes. We argue that in these experiences are woven processes of subjective formation that are dynamic, contradictory and unfinished, constrained by the material conditions in which the subjects develop their lives and subjected to reformulations in the temporal becoming.

Con base en una investigación socioantropológica más amplia, realizada entre los años 2010 y 2021, en este artículo problematizamos las experiencias que construyen estudiantes jóvenes y adultos/as que asisten a una escuela de gestión social creada por una organización política de la ciudad de Rosario (Argentina). Particularmente, describimos aquellos sentidos y prácticas desplegados en la cotidianeidad escolar que, en su propia concepción, contribuyen a forjar cierto involucramiento con el proyecto colectivo. Enfocamos, también, las resignificaciones que se generan cuando los/as estudiantes finalizan sus estudios, momento que experimentan de manera disruptiva ya que la posibilidad de continuar vinculados al proyecto político educativo pocas veces se concreta. Sostenemos que en estas experiencias se tejen procesos de formación subjetiva que resultan dinámicos, contradictorios e inacabados, constreñidos por las condiciones materiales en que los sujetos desenvuelven su vida y sometidos a reformulaciones en el devenir temporal. A partir de uma pesquisa socioantropológica mais ampla, realizada entre 2010 e 2021, neste artigo problematizamos as experiências construídas por jovens estudantes e adultos que frequentam uma escola de gestão social criada por uma organização política na cidade de Rosário (Argentina). Em particular, descrevemos os significados e práticas desdobrados no cotidiano escolar que, em sua própria concepção, contribuem para forjar certo envolvimento com o projeto coletivo. Focalizamos também as ressignificações que são geradas quando os alunos terminam seus estudos, momento que eles vivenciam de forma disruptiva, uma vez que a possibilidade de continuidade vinculada ao projeto político educacional raramente se concretiza.
