Thus, the proposed axis will be useful as heuristic tools allowing us to organize and revise the subject of massive mobilization in Inca times as well as the matter of state power, whose main characteristic seems to have been the flexibility. Partiendo de tres ejes de discusión en torno a la institución de los mitimaes en épocas del Tawantinsuyu, intentaremos reflexionar, de una manera general, acerca de las políticas instauradas por el Inca y su forma de implementarlas. Los ejes propuestos servirán entonces, como herramientas heurísticas que nos permitan organizar y revisar , no solo un tema como la movilización masiva de gente en épocas del Inca, sino también cuestiones relativas al poder estatal, cuya característica principal parece haber sido la flexibilidad. Partindo de três eixos de discussão em torno da instituição de mitimaes durante o período Tawantinsuyu, buscaremos refletir, de forma geral, sobre as políticas estabelecidas pelos Incas e como elas foram implementadas.
