Este artículo se propone hacer un breve aporte a lo que se considera como el campo de límites y posibilidades de la política de reconocimiento hacia los pueblos originarios en Argentina, tomando un fallo que compromete en su cumplimiento al estado nacional argentino frente a la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. Su contenido se apoya en la experiencia de más de 20 años de trabajos de campo y estudios en la región por parte del autor Este artigo tem como objetivo fazer uma breve contribuição ao que é considerado como o campo de limites e possibilidades da política de reconhecimento dos povos indígenas na Argentina, tomando uma decisão que compromete o cumprimento do Estado nacional argentino perante a Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos.
