| Sumario: | Feminist anthropology has introduced a strong debate about the social construction ofthe rolls assigned to woman and man considering the way in which "feminine" and "masculine" are defined. From these approaches the distinction men/productive espace/ public espace - women/reproductive espace/domestic espace, from which “feminine” and “masculine” rolls were constructed, are criticized. This distinction is founded on a biologicist conception based in an apparently differentiation between their "natural" rolls. This article retakes these discusions synthesizing partial results of an in course investigation about recovery factories processes’ in Buenos Aires city, where we follow the case of a textile company composed mainly by women. In this work we asked ourselves about the form in which genre rolls are updated within the framework of this process of recovery factories, particularly those assigned to women, both inthe organization of the work process and in the fomis of collective action. |
