Consumption habits were severely affected during and after the state of alarm declared between 14 March and 21 June 2020. The main objective of this paper is to analyze the impact of musical consumption using ICT and social networks, during the Great Confinement by Covid-19, in the daily life of people of different gender and age. In addition, other secondary objectives were established such as observing the variation of musical consumption produced during confinement; studying the emotional benefits and perceptions that music produced and transmitted during that time; establishing the valuation that music received during confinement; demonstrating and valuing the benefits of music in people's daily lives. La brusca irrupción de la pandemia por Covid-19 supuso una gran convulsión en todos los países. Los hábitos de consumo se vieron altamente afectados durante y tras el Estado de alarma declarado en España entre el 14 de marzo y el 21 de junio de 2020. El objetivo principal del presente trabajo consiste en analizar la incidencia del consumo musical a través del uso de las TIC y las redes sociales, durante el Gran Confinamiento por Covid-19, en la vida cotidiana de personas de diferente género y edad –desde la mayoría de edad hasta el final de la vida profesional y la etapa de jubilación. Asimismo, se establecieron otros objetivos secundarios tales como observar la variación del consumo musical producida en este periodo de reclusión, estudiar los beneficios y percepciones emocionales que produjo y transmitió la música, establecer la valoración que ésta recibió, y demostrar y poner en valor sus beneficios en la vida cotidiana de las personas. O início súbito da pandemia pela Covid-19 foi um grande choque em todos os países. Os hábitos de consumo foram muito afetados durante e após o estado de alarme declarado entre 14 de março e 21 de junho de 2020. O principal objetivo deste documento é analisar a incidência do consumo de música através da utilização das TIC e das redes sociais, durante o Grande Confinamento do Covid-19, na vida diária de pessoas de diferentes gêneros e idades, na idade da maioria ao final da vida profissional e na fase de aposentadoria.
