Se analizan lascondiciones laborales de los agentes penitenciarios y las relaciones internas con losdemás protagonistas con relación a la potencial o real peligrosidad que define esteambiente de trabajo. Se analizan tres temas claves: las requisas, la arbitrariedad delos reglamentos y la actitud frente a los conflictos internos.
