The strategy used in the device born in the testimony from the professional experience of each student, shared in a tutoring group that, polyphonically, are willing to luisten closely and a collaborative Word. Why narrative reconstruction? Because narrating is one of the fundamental operations of construction of meaning that the humans possess; in the act of remembering, we return to our own marks wich opens up a powerful space to question and interrogate about ourselves, and Also being and doing as teachers, generating, in co-production, new knowledge. This is why we ask ourselves about the meanings, about going back over oneself and about the polyphonic power of the group that makes the students' formation. This formation strategy has been the subject of research by the chair for many years. We share here a case that is part of it. El propósito del presente trabajo es compartir una experiencia universitaria a través de las voces en la formación dentro del marco de la cátedra Residencia del profesorado de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. La estrategia empleada en el dispositivo de formación nace en el relato de un tramo de la vivencia profesional de cada estudiante, compartida en un grupo de tutoría que, polifónicamente, se dispone a la escucha atenta y la palabra colaborativa. ¿Por qué la reconstrucción narrativa? Porque narrar es una de las operaciones fundamentales de construcción de sentido que poseemos; al rememorar se vuelve sobre las propias marcas y se abre un espacio potente para interrogar e interrogarse sobre el ser y hacer docente generando, en coproducción, nuevos saberes. De allí que nos preguntemos acerca de los sentidos, sobre el volver sobre sí y nos aboquemos al poder polifónico del grupo que hace a la formación del alumnado. Esta estrategia de formación es objeto de investigación de la cátedra desde hace muchos años.
