In such research, the enactment of the training program “Escuelas de Innovación” (EI) (2011-2015) within Conectar Igualdad (PCI) was analyzed from a qualitative and interpretive perspective. The field work focused on a narrative approach and was carried out mainly through in-depth interviews to national educational policies actors and members of coordination and training in the aforementioned programs as well as public workers from different regional jurisdictions and participating teachers in the programs. In this work, we present our own conceptualization about in- service teacher training policies as a multidimensional network composed of the characteristics of various aspects which influenced such policies. For this reason, they become valuable to be contemplated when planning a formative policy and its development in teaching practices in the incorporation of digital media and the features belonging to digital culture. The main dimensions in such network are: educational public policies in digital inclusion; conceptions about the implementation of technologies and formative devices and; the characteristics of secondary education. El presente artículo recupera las conclusiones de nuestra investigación doctoral sobre las políticas públicas de formación docente en ejercicio para la inclusión de tecnologías en Argentina. En ella indagamos sobre la puesta en acto del plan de capacitación Escuelas de Innovación (EI) (2011-2015) en el marco del Programa Conectar Igualdad (PCI) con una metodología cualitativa e interpretativa. Centrada en el enfoque narrativo, el trabajo de campo fue realizado principalmente a través de la realización de entrevistas en profundidad a decisores de la política educativa nacional, a miembros de la coordinación y capacitación del PCI y EI, funcionarios de distintas jurisdicciones provinciales y a docentes participantes de las instancias de capacitación. En esta ocasión, recuperamos nuestra conceptualización central sobre las políticas de formación docente en ejercicio como una trama multidimensional que comprende las particularidades y características de distintos aspectos que incidieron y por tanto consideramos de valor para ser contempladas al momento de planificar el diseño de una política formativa y su desarrollo en las prácticas de enseñanza al incorporar los medios digitales y las características propias de la cultura digital.
