In Latin America, it is mandatory to resist all neoliberal policies which try to dominate and dominate us, in particular those concerning education and children. The state of defenselessness of the most vulnerable requires our commitment to their feelings and regrets, which by making them ours become an inalienable ethical challenge. The acknowledgement of the legitimacy of their voices, their potentials, their lives, their protagonism in all kinds of situations even beyond school, makes the (In-submissive) Pedagogies for early childhood an especially powerful field to enable all the boys and all the girls to exercise their rights live with dignity and be open to the possibilities of other destinies that we all deserve. We are also interested in sharing the many sentiments that others bring from similar concerns and worries, and that, unfortunately, do not transcend as would be expected in academic circles. Con este ensayo proponemos una reflexión crítica sobre la educación de niños y niñas que nos inquieta desde hace tiempo, y que se ha agudizado con la situación de pandemia actual. En nuestra Latinoamérica, se vuelve exigencia ejercer resistencias hacia todas las políticas que desde el neoliberalismo intentan dominar y dominarnos, mucho más cuando de educación y de niños y niñas se trata. La indefensión de los más vulnerables requiere nuestro compromiso con sus sentires y pensares que, al hacerlos nuestros, se convierten en una interpelación ética irrenunciable. Reconocer la legitimidad de sus voces, sus potenciales, sus vidas, su protagonismo en todo tipo de situaciones, que exceden lo escolar, hace de las Pedagogías (In-sumisas) para la primera infancia un campo especialmente potente para posibilitar la titularidad en el ejercicio de sus derechos de todos los niños y niñas, la dignidad en el vivir y la apertura a posibilidades de otros destinos que todas y todos nos merecemos.
