| Sumario: | The purpose of the article is to investigate some of the scope of Law 5096/46 for the province of Buenos Aires. This law provided guidelines that contributed to the specificity of preschool education that framed a provincial institutional imprint with: the foundation of the General Inspection of Kindergartens and the creation of numerous Comprehensive Kindergartens and Formative Schools. The organization of a technical-pedagogical structure favored the conditions for the dissemination of the pedagogy of the Kindergartens at the same time that they were included in the provincial educational system, postulating the compulsory nature of the 3, 4 and 5-year-old classrooms. The advancement of the schooling of Buenos Aires children was constituted in an educational policy with implications in the Buenos Aires territory that we intend to review based on official documents and data of the period. |
