The findings provide valuable insights into strategies for ensuring the sustainability of scientific publications in peripheral contexts, while underscoring the tensions between internationalization and regional rootedness. PSocial es una revista latinoamericana especializada en psicología social editada por la Universidad de Buenos Aires desde 2014. Mediante un análisis bibliométrico de los 142 artículos publicados entre 2014 y 2023, este trabajo describe los principales rasgos de su proceso de consolidación editorial. Se identifican tres tendencias: 1) diversificación lingüística progresiva; 2) formación de redes colaborativas con instituciones latinoamericanas y europeas; y 3) articulación entre enfoques mainstream y perspectivas críticas del campo.
