The process of agricultural modernization through the network of fixed lines and flows that stimulate this activity is analysed in this paper. Among the fixed, we are interested in observing the engineering systems that allow the transport of grains both in the Pampas region and in the expansion areas of modern agriculture, the grain collection network, the commercial structure linked to the distribution of agricultural inputs and the industrial structure linked to the transformation of grains. In relation to flows, we are interested in observing the percentages of grains produced and transported and especially recognizing the territorial distribution of productive specializations that explain such flows, specifically: areas of production extraction, areas of industrial transformation, areas of collection and export. All of the above will be crossed by the analysis of the spatial circuit of agricultural production and the analysis of some representative case studies of southern Córdoba. La modernización agropecuaria, entendida como el proceso en el cual se incorporan datos centrales del periodo histórico vigente, se encuentra representada hoy por la expansión del modelo de agronegocios y se sustenta en la consolidación de sistemas de infraestructura y topologías empresariales que determinan la forma en la que el territorio es usado. Analizaremos en esta oportunidad el proceso de modernización agropecuaria a través de la red de fijos y flujos que dinamizan esta actividad. Entre los primeros, nos interesa observar los sistemas de ingeniería que permiten el transporte de granos tanto en la región pampeana como en las áreas de expansión de la agricultura moderna, la red de acopios de granos, la estructura comercial vinculada a la distribución de insumos agropecuarios y la estructura industrial vinculada a la transformación de granos. Con relación a los flujos, nos interesa observar los porcentajes de granos producidos y transportados y especialmente reconocer la distribución territorial de especializaciones productivas que explican tales flujos, específicamente: áreas de extracción de la producción, áreas de transformación industrial, áreas de acopio y exportación.
