After more than a decade of the first recovering enterprises processes we are particularly interested in analyze processes that have managed to sustain relatively stable over this period, transposing the foundational and incipient recovery stage. Thus, focusing on the consolidation phase of the process, we asked for the characteristics of the economic forms and social relations that have actually been consolidated in the processes analyzed, and the nature and scope of the transformations in both (forms economic and social relations) have taken place. All this brings us to know if the new settings are a socially different work experience En este artículo describimos y analizamos procesos de recuperación de empresas desarrollados en el período 2000–2017. Transcurrida una década de las primeras recuperaciones de empresas, interesa especialmente analizar y caracterizar procesos que han logrado sostenerse con relativa estabilidad durante un período que aquí consideramos que ha traspuesto el de la estricta recuperación (etapa fundacional e incipiente recuperación). Así, centrándonos en la fase de consolidación de los procesos, nos preguntamos por las características de las formas económicas y las relaciones sociales que efectivamente se han consolidado en los procesos analizados, y por la naturaleza y los alcances de las transformaciones que en ambos (formas económicas y relaciones sociales) han tenido lugar.
