Esto es lo que frecuentemente en la literatura penal y criminológica se refiere como «estereotipo de criminalidad», pero sobre el que existe poca producción acerca de su definición. Por ello, en primer lugar, se analiza el proceso de diferenciación social que opera y las características asociadas al mismo, para indagar luego cuáles son las marcas relevantes en la aplicación del «estereotipo de conflictividad policial» en un caso concreto, según la perspectiva de los mismos destinatarios. Se analiza la mirada de jóvenes de sectores populares organizados sobre la aplicación del estereotipo, nucleados en el Colectivo de Jóvenes por Nuestros Derechos analizando dos momentos distintos (2003-2013/ 2015-2017), a los fines de indagar sobre los cambios y continuidades en esos procesos de estereotipación en la ciudad de Córdoba.
