The purpose of this work is to raise some reflections of conventionality control at the administrative area. The aim is to contribute with some considerations to the discussion, about the general and concrete obligations of the public administration on the subject. Therefore, the structure of this contribution is based on the jurisprudential formant of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights with implications on the subject, the recovery of some theoretical positions that have been positioned in the discussion, as well as the reflection on the theoretical model that could be considered more fortunate in attention to the operational peculiarities that administrative authorities have in the case of conventionality control. En este trabajo se plantean algunas reflexiones en torno al control de convencionalidad en sede administrativa. El fin que se persigue es abonar algunas consideraciones a la discusión, en la mayor de las ocasiones ríspidas, sobre las obligaciones generales y concretas a cargo de la administración pública sobre la materia. Por ello, la estructura de esta contribución se articula a partir del formante jurisprudencial de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos con implicaciones sobre la materia, la recuperación de algunas posturas teóricas que se han posicionado en la discusión, así como la reflexión sobre el modelo teórico que pudiera considerarse más afortunado en atención a las peculiaridades operativas con las que cuentan las autoridades administrativas tratándose del control de convencionalidad.
