Which characteristics of thedevices do they recognize? How do teachers assessthose devices? Paulo Freire's work was selected as atheoretical framework; and contributions from InstitutionalAnalysis, Social Psychology, and FunctionalSystemic Linguistics were gathered. It was descriptiveresearch, characterized by qualitative data collectionand analysis methods and tools. The obtained resultsshow that the teachers of the aforementioned instituterecognize several political training and action devicesand that the latter are assigned different features andvalues by each teacher.

Se intentará dar cuenta de una investigaciónrealizada en el marco de la Convocatoria 2014 delInstituto Nacional de Formación Docente, acerca de losdispositivos del Instituto Superior de Profesorado N° 6y la praxis política de los docentes(1). Esta investigaciónse enunció desde un marco institucional en el que losespacios de formación y acción política y las oportunidadespara problematizar y tematizar sistemáticamentesobre ellos eran escasos y en donde cobraron, entonces,relevancia las siguientes preguntas - problema: ¿Cuálesson los dispositivos del ISP N.º 6 que los docentesreconocen que están operando en la praxis política delos docentes de ese instituto? ¿Qué características presentanlos dispositivos que reconocen? ¿Cuáles son lasvaloraciones que los docentes atribuyen a esos dispositivos?Se estableció como marco de referencia teóricala obra de Paulo Freire y se recuperaron aportes delAnálisis Institucional, la Psicología Social y la LingüísticaSistémico Funcional. Se trató de una investigacióndescriptiva, con metodología e instrumentos de recoleccióny análisis de datos cualitativa. Los resultadosobtenidos muestran que los docentes de dicho Institutoreconocen varios dispositivos de formación y acciónpolítica, y que a cada uno de ellos les adjudican diferentescaracterísticas y valoraciones.
