The approach has been quantitative and, regarding its object of study, it has been descriptive. It is also a disciplinary, bibliographic-field and cross-sectional work. Moreover, data has been collected from semi-structured interviews and observation.As a conclusion, and illustrating the variables of the organisational behaviour affecting the operating process in the Logistics Department of Aguiar Resistencia S.A. with a pyramid, shared values are located at the bottom of the pyramid, while skills, knowledge and attitudes are placed on the next level up, followed by motivation at the penultimate level, and trust among partners is at the top. La presente investigación tuvo como objeto de estudio a las variables del comportamiento organizacional que afectan los cambios de los procesos operativos.El objetivo general de la investigación fue jerarquizar las variables del comportamiento organizacional que afectan a los cambios de los procesos operativos en Aguiar Resistencia SA.El enfoque de la investigación fue cuantitativo. De acuerdo con su objeto, es descriptivo y puro (básico). A su vez, es un trabajo disciplinario, bibliográfico–de campo y transversal. Además, los datos fueron obtenidos de encuestas acompañadas de entrevistas semiestructuradas y observaciones.La principal conclusión a la que se pudo arribar fue que en Aguiar Resistencia SA, valiéndonos de la imagen de una pirámide conforme a las variables del comportamiento organizacional ante el cambio del proceso operativo en el departamento de logística, obtuvimos en la base a los Valores compartidos, subiendo al siguiente nivel las Habilidades, conocimientos y actitudes, seguido de la Motivación y en la cima la Confianza entre pares.
