In this respect, the study focuses on the concept of the fundamental rights of people in their social and individual versions, raising the issue as to the advisability of using the concept of solidary liberty. La cláusula del Estado social ha sido interpretada desde las coordenadas del pensamiento único, estático y unilateral, precisándose nuevos enfoques más humanos en consonancia con la centralidad y capitalidad del principio de la suprema dignidad del ser humano. En este sentido, se estudia el concepto de los derechos fundamentales de la persona en sus versiones individuales y sociales planteando la conveniencia del uso del concepto de la libertad solidaria.
