Drawing on six in-depth interviews, it examines the notions and categories that these victims use to legitimize their claims and counter other victimizing narratives, exploring the tensions between these different perspectives. It analyzes how these social actors shape their moral worlds, generating specific forms of activism within a social space that is diverse in terms of degrees of institutional protection and visibility. I am interested in showing how that pain transformed into argument translates into social authority, enabling specific forms of public intervention. Este artículo analiza el surgimiento de las demandas formuladas por integrantes de Víctimas por la Paz, una organización argentina compuesta por personas que, a partir de experiencias personales de violencia, han creado un espacio de lucha distintivo. A partir de seis entrevistas en profundidad, se examinan las nociones y categorías que estas víctimas utilizan para legitimar sus reclamos y para contrarrestar otras narrativas victimizantes, explorando las tensiones entre estas diferentes perspectivas. Se analiza cómo estos actores sociales configuran sus mundos morales, generando formas específicas de activismo dentro de un espacio social diverso en cuanto a los grados de protección y visibilidad institucional. Me interesa mostrar cómo ese dolor transformado en argumento se traduce en autoridad social, habilitando formas específicas de intervención pública.
