Consequently, it is crucial to regulate the development of this technology preventively, rather than waiting for problems to arise before taking action. In other words, human rights and legal ethics must be comprehensively considered from the design phase of the algorithms that underpin this type of technology. La inteligencia artificial y la inteligencia artificial generativa han revolucionado la manera en que interactuamos en el mundo. Este cambio implica tanto riesgos para la protección de los derechos humanos como beneficios si se emplea con el propósito de mejorar el acceso a servicios de salud, educativos, de impartición de justicia, entre otros. En consecuencia, es crucial regular el desarrollo de esta tecnología de manera preventiva, en lugar de esperar a que surjan problemas para tomar medidas. En otras palabras, los derechos humanos y la ética jurídica deben ser considerados de manera integral desde la fase de diseño de los algoritmos que sustentan este tipo de tecnología.
