Sumario:  The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effects of milk kefir consumption in adults aged 30 to 50 years with lactose intolerance who are users of social network groups of milk kefir consumers and of social network groups of adults with intolerance. to lactose.            The study was of a qualitative-quantitative nature and adopted an exploratory, descriptive, observational, retrospective methodological approach.              In temporal terms, the study was cross-sectional.            The data collection to measure the variables under study was carried out through a survey whose instrument is the questionnaire, and a semi-structured interview. The collection and analysis of the questionnaire data were carried out with the Google Form and its corresponding Spreadsheet. The graphics design was made with Microsoft Excel 2013 Software. Microsoft Word 2013 Software was used to present the results of the interview.            Regarding the results obtained, it was possible to identify that the consumption of milk kefir improves the symptoms in adults with lactose intolerance. Therefore, it can be considered as another consumption alternative.
