The main results indicate growth in labor formality among agricultural wage earners in Uruguay, with differential and constant behaviors. Differentials in the productive sector, at the beginning forestry wage earners and in the last years of the period livestock wage earners but constant in the payment of low wages, wage earners with low formal qualifications, working mostly in small and medium-sized companies and with reduced weekly work hours among those per day. Se procura conocer las condiciones de formalización de los asalariados agropecuarios en el mercado laboral emergente de las transformaciones socioproductivas, en el cual la asalarización de la mayoría de sus trabajadores es una de las características del proceso de transformaciones productivas para la producción de alimentos. La metodología aplicada es por medio del análisis multivariado en las Encuestas Continuas de Hogares, durante el período 2010 – 2015 – 2019 dado que incorporan los territorios rurales y es el período de mayor crecimiento de la producción agroalimentaria. Los principales resultados indican crecimiento de la formalidad laboral entre los asalariados agrarios del Uruguay, con comportamientos diferenciales y constantes. Diferenciales en el sector productivo, al principio asalariados forestales y en los últimos años del período asalariados pecuarios pero constante en el pago de bajos salarios, asalariados con baja calificación formal, trabajando mayoritariamente en Pymes y con reducción de las horas de trabajo semanal entre aquellos por jornal.
