Then it deals with the contributions of Yāska to the science of etymology and, in this second part, with those of Pāṇini to the science of grammar, and ends with a brief reference to Kātyāyana and Patañjali, the great commentators of Pāṇini. The article includes, in this second part, an example of Pāṇini's method analyzing his rules on the intensive mode. Este artículo señala en su primera parte, que apareció en el número anterior de esta revista, el gran interés que tuvo la India por los estudios lingüísticos y los principales conocimientos que se acumularon en la India antes del siglo VI a.C., en el campo de la fonética, de la etimología y de la gramática del idioma sánscrito. Luego se ocupa, también en esa primera parte, de las contribuciones de Yāska a la etimología y, esta segunda parte, de las de Pāņini a la gramática,  terminando con una breve referencia a Kātyāyana y Patañjali, grandes comentadores de Pāṇini. El artículo, en esta última parte, incluye un ejemplo del método de Pāṇini analizando sus reglas relativas a la formación del modo "intensivo".
