Observations, interviews with participants, and documentary analysis were carried out to study the development of a massive and face-to-face teacher training device used in 2015 in the district of Ezeiza in the province of Buenos Aires. Results show that reviewing the practice through experience-focused dynamics enables teaching-related repositioning to favor the appropriation of a new discourse of truth on comprehensive sexuality education. En este artículo se analiza una formación docente en educación sexual integral (ESI) como parte de una tecnología de gobierno que se dirige no solo a la implementación de una política educativa específica, sino a disponer de nuevas formas de relación de los sujetos consigo mismo y con los otros. Es un estudio cualitativo, basado en observaciones, entrevistas a participantes y análisis documental, que toma como caso el desarrollo de un dispositivo de capacitación docente masivo y presencial, realizado en 2015 en el distrito de Ezeiza en la provincia de Buenos Aires. Los hallazgos muestran que la revisión de la propia práctica habilitada por dinámicas centradas en la experiencia, favoreció a reposicionamientos docentes respecto a la educación sexual integral que propician su implementación efectiva, en tanto los y las docentes asumen el deber de ser sus portavoces.
