From its approval in 1972 to the present day, the Regime has been subject to operational reconfiguration as a result of various measures taken by the national government. One of the most notorious changes is the modification of its priorities, from the extraction of natural resources to the development of the electronics industry. It should be noted that, although the Regime is implemented in the province, it is at the national level where the productive profile of Tierra del Fuego is defined. The purpose of this paper is to analyze these activities related to the extraction of natural resources, in particular, fishing, low-scale mining and forestry, through the design of governance maps. By means of this analytical tool, to make actors, articulations and rules of the game visible. El desarrollo económico de la Provincia de Tierra del Fuego se encuentra fuertemente condicionado por la política de promoción industrial llevada adelante por el gobierno nacional en el marco de la Ley 19640. Desde su aprobación en el año 1972 hasta la actualidad, el Régimen fue objeto de reconfiguración de funcionamiento a partir de diversas medidas del gobierno nacional. Uno de los cambios más notorios es la modificación de sus prioridades, se pasó de la extracción de recursos naturales al desarrollo de la industria electrónica. Cabe resaltar que, si bien el Régimen se implementa en la provincia, es en el ámbito nacional donde se define el perfil productivo fueguino. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar dichas actividades vinculadas a la extracción de recursos naturales, en particular, la actividad pesquera, la minera de baja escala y la forestal, a través del diseño de mapas de gobernanza. Por medio de esta herramienta analítica, visibilizar actores, articulaciones y reglas de juego.
