Within this framework, the energy policies of many countries promote the distributed generation of photovoltaic solar energy stands out. However, for its territorial deployment, it is necessary, among other things, to have project guidelines for urban land occupation based on the integration of these technologies in the built habitat. Accordingly, the aim of this work is to design it by selecting a case study and defining a project in accordance with the urban-architectural possibilities. It is concluded that this proposal represents a contribution to sustainable urban spatial and architectural design. El dominante consumo de energía de origen no renovable asociado al crecimiento de las urbes, afecta de manera directa a los recursos ambientales de todo el mundo. En este marco, políticas energéticas de numerosos países promueven la generación distribuida de energía solar fotovoltaica. No obstante, para su despliegue territorial es necesario, entre otros, disponer de lineamientos proyectuales de ocupación del suelo urbano sustentados en la integración de dichas tecnologías en el hábitat construido. En correspondencia, el presente trabajo tiene por objetivo su diseño, para lo cual selecciona un caso de estudio y define un proyecto conforme a las posibilidades urbano-arquitectónicas. Se concluye que la propuesta representa un aporte a la conformación urbana espacial y arquitectónica sustentable.
