In that order, it is possible to give the student joint responsibility in the decision-making process that the evaluation involves. To implement the self-evaluation process of the students of the professional practice of the Bachelor of Nutrition in the three areas experienced, in the 2019 cohort. A sample of 33 students was studied. A questionnaire was used, developed within the framework of an extracurricular training activity in research and development. The students valued the process, prioritizing attitudinal aspects. Adapting to different situations is the most weighted competition. The link with the tutor and training environments that promote autonomy in the development of future professionals are revalued. Through this contribution, it is intended to review the subject, its methodology and to know transversal and disciplinary competences developed by the students. En la Práctica profesional de la Licenciatura en Nutrición, el/la estudiante asume un compromiso con el espacio curricular y con los lugares de práctica asignados, vivenciando instancias formativas en pos de su formación profesional. En ese orden es posible corresponsabilizar al estudiante en el proceso de toma de decisiones que supone la evaluación. A los fines de implementar el proceso de autoevaluación de los/las estudiantes de la práctica profesional de Licenciatura en Nutrición en las tres áreas experienciadas, en la cohorte 2019, se estudió una muestra de 33 estudiantes. Se utilizó un cuestionario, elaborado en el marco de una actividad de formación extracurricular en investigación y desarrollo. Se observó que los estudiantes valoraron el proceso, priorizando aspectos actitudinales. Adaptarse a diferentes situaciones, es la competencia más ponderada. Se revaloriza el vínculo con el tutor y ambientes formativos que propicien la autonomía en el desarrollo de futuros profesionales. A través de este aporte, se pretende revisar la asignatura, su metodología y conocer competencias transversales y disciplinares desarrolladas por los/las estudiantes.
