This analysis is complemented by means of the study of the recension of the dignity of the person at the level of the constitutions, to then go on to discuss in relation to the protection of the fundamental rights of vulnerable groups, in particular immigrants. For the development of the latter, the Spanish constitution was taken as the legal context as well as the doctrine emanating from the Constitutional Court of Spain, thus it was possible to clarify that in this country the legal system guarantees the foreigner a status of inherent rights to every person and inherent to human dignity. Este artículo tiene como tema central de reflexión la dignidad de la persona como núcleo valorativo del ordenamiento jurídico en todos los niveles del entramado legal conocido en la actualidad; a partir de ese tema legal se reflexiona en torno a los alcances y exigencias provenientes de la dignidad de la persona respecto a la tutela constitucional de los derechos fundamentales que de dicha dignidad emanan. Ese análisis se complementa por medio del estudio de la recensión de la dignidad de persona a nivel de las constituciones, para luego pasar a discurrir en relación con la tutela de los derechos fundamentales de los colectivos vulnerables, en particular los inmigrantes. Para el desarrollo de esto último se tomó como contexto jurídico la constitución española como también la doctrina emanada del Tribunal Constitucional de España; así se pudo esclarecer que en este país el ordenamiento jurídico garantiza al extranjero un estatus de derechos connaturales a toda persona e inherentes a la dignidad humana.
