| Sumario: | The purpose or this article is to think through some of the research analysis keys of my senior thesis. The main objective was to investigate what are the conditions that affect the most the coordination of public policies that are implemented in specifics areas. This factors could be political, socio-cultural and technical-managerial and can dynamize o complex the relationship between different state actors. To get to the principal point I make a qualitative research focused on the case of the Plan de Convivencia Barrial (PCB), during the years 2014-2015 implemented in a neighborhood of the South District of the city of Rosario. In this case, the article will be retaken the main ideas and questions that arose taking into account the political conditions to the territorial coordination of this Plan. It was possible to arrive at some conclusions (not closed) on how the "complexity" of the aforementioned public policy was "managed by hand", the variety, nature and degrees of complexity of these conditioning factors and the different effects regarding the dynamization or obstruction of relationship processes between state organizations that deploy their actions in the territories. |
