The main objective was to investigate what are the conditions that affect the most the coordination of public policies that are implemented in specifics areas. This factors could be political, socio-cultural and technical-managerial and can dynamize o complex the relationship between different state actors. To get to the principal point I make a qualitative research focused on the case of the Plan de Convivencia Barrial (PCB), during the years 2014-2015 implemented in a neighborhood of the South District of the city of Rosario. In this case, the article will be retaken the main ideas and questions that arose taking into account the political conditions to the territorial coordination of this Plan. It was possible to arrive at some conclusions (not closed) on how the "complexity" of the aforementioned public policy was "managed by hand", the variety, nature and degrees of complexity of these conditioning factors and the different effects regarding the dynamization or obstruction of relationship processes between state organizations that deploy their actions in the territories. El presente artículo recupera algunas de las claves de análisis de la investigación para mi tesina de grado. El objetivo principal del trabajo fue indagar cuáles son los factores que afectan la coordinación de políticas públicas implementadas territorialmente. Se analizaron aquellos condicionantes de tipo políticos, socio-culturales y técnico-gerenciales que obstaculizan y/o dinamizan la relación entre distintos actores estatales que pretenden gestionar problemáticas sociales actuales. Para esto, a partir del enfoque de políticas públicas, se llevó adelante una investigación cualitativa centrada en el caso del Plan de Convivencia Barrial (PCB), durante los años 2014-2015 implementados en un barrio del Distrito Sur de la ciudad de Rosario. En este caso se retomarán las principales ideas e interrogantes que surgieron teniendo en cuenta los condicionantes de tipo político a la coordinación territorial del mencionado Plan. Así, se pudo arribar a conclusiones (no cerradas) sobre cómo se “gestionó la complejidad” artesanalmente de la política pública mencionada si se consideran ciertos factores políticos, la variedad, grados de complejidad y naturaleza de estos condicionantes, y los distintos efectos respecto a la dinamización u obstaculización de procesos de relación entre organizaciones estatales que despliegan sus acciones en los territorios.
