Family Law built upon blood, a divine feature, and Pólis Law built upon human nature -showing that only male human nature is considered- so Hegel´s interpretation pulls apart from pólis and citizenship rights, all women. The authors also explore more XIXth century prejudices that interfere with Hegel reading, such as the ambiguous bonds between Antigone and Polinices, and the tragic situation of Creon.          Mi artículo se propone rescatar el valor anticipatorio del artículo de la Dra. Vidiella y de la prof. Cabrera de 1989 sobre la interpretación hegeliana de la figura de Antígona. Con un método que expone a Hegel contra sí mismo, las autoras iluminan el sesgo patriarcal de su lectura. La Ley de la sangre sobre la que se basa la familia, como ley divina, contra la ley de la pólis construida en base a la naturaleza humana, mostrando que solo toma en consideración la “naturaleza humana masculina, por lo que excluye a todas las mujeres de la pólis y de la ciudadanía.
