Sumario:The work presents a series of inputs to design educational proposals that incorporate the creation of historical video games, making use of the RPG Playground digital platform in order to generate significant educational experiences in the current digital context. The approach aims to go beyond the mere instrumental application of TIC, as well as reproductive and memorizing approaches in the teaching and learning of History, promoting instead the development of historical thinking.
