To do this, we analyze, at first, how the configuration of intervention devices on the festive and the organization of its times occurs, within the framework of a process that we call coloniality of temporality. Then, it addresses how the popular meanings for the development of these festivals are incorporated into the festive. For this task, an analysis is carried out of a series of regulatory documents that regulate official holidays and media documents on the coverage of different celebrations that take place in the territory of northern Patagonia. En el presente trabajo se indaga, a través de un estudio cualitativo, el proceso de espectacularización de las celebraciones festivas poniendo especial atención al caso de las fiestas nacionales que se realizan en la Patagonia norte Argentina. Para ello se analiza, en un primer momento, cómo se produce la configuración de dispositivos de intervención sobre lo festivo y de organización de sus tiempos, en el marco de un proceso que denominamos como colonialidad de la temporalidad. Luego, se aborda cómo son incorporadas, en lo festivo, las significaciones populares para el desarrollo de dichas fiestas. Para esta tarea, se realiza un análisis de una serie de documentos normativos que regulan las fiestas oficiales y de documentos mediáticos sobre las coberturas de distintas celebraciones que se realizan en el territorio de la Patagonia norte.
