Terror, the sinister and especially the figure of the double will have a place in our considerations with the intention of extending psychoanalysis to different  manifestations of culture where, as expressed by Jacques Lacan, the artist will surely open the way for us. Our reflections are part of the research projects V123 The figurations of  horror in the uses and deviations of the police. Psychoanalysis, institution and pandemic" directed  by Lic. and Prof. Marina La Vecchia and co-directed by Dr. Denis Gabriel Pavelka. National University of Comahue. Desde el andamiaje conceptual del psicoanálisis y tomando en cuenta su múltiple interés ya declarado en la obra freudiana, interrogaremos a la denominada subjetividad actual poniendo especial atención a los efectos producidos a partir del intento que el humano hace de protegerse del contagio proveniente del contacto con el otro en sentido amplio y estricto del término. El terror, lo sinestro y en especial la figura del doble tendrán lugar en nuestras consideraciones haciendo intensión en la extensión del psicoanálisis a diferentes  manifestaciones de la cultura allí donde tal lo expresado por Jacques Lacan, seguramente el artista nos abrirá la vía. Nuestras reflexiones se enmarcan en los Proyectos de  investigación V123 Las figuraciones del horror en los usos y desvíos del policial. Directora: Dra.
