Psychoanalysis was born from Freud's invention as a method of investigation of psychic suffering at the height of medicine, giving rise to the consideration of the story, of the word. Someone speaks and something speaks in him, remaining expressed in his sayings. Dreams, lapses, games, all the psychopathology of everyday life accounts for another scene, a scene of another order. This talk about the symptom is no less forceful, nor is the consistency of its muteness in the so-called current illnesses. Nos interrogaremos acerca de la ética en psicoanálisis, en tanto considerarla nos permitirá dar cuenta y habitar la praxis en que este consiste en las diferentes esferas: clínica, transmisión, investigación. El psicoanálisis nace desde la invención freudiana como método de investigación del sufrimiento psíquico ante el tope de la medicina, dando lugar a la consideración del relato, de la palabra. Alguien habla y algo habla en él quedando dicho en sus dichos. Sueños, lapsus, juego, toda la psicopatología de la vida cotidiana da cuenta de una otra escena, de una escena de otro orden. No es menos contundente este hablar en el síntoma, como tampoco la consistencia de su mudez en los padecimientos denominados actuales.
