This research is framed in a qualitative approach, based on the comparative study of cases which addressed in two projects that were carried out in parallel (PISAC II and PIC 152). The analysis is based on interviews carried out in three public secondary schools in the city of Neuquén. Our study sought to identify tensions and relations between the materiality of the space - taking into account the location and the characteristics of the Educational Consultor office in each of the schools studied -, and the school life. The methodological and conceptual approach recovers the contributions of the spatial turn, from which the notion of space as a container of social practices and as a given element is discussed. The analysis aims to show some aspects of the link between the school space and school life, understanding that some of them are revealed in the definition that schools make about what they consider conflictive, and the mechanisms they put into operation to process it. These dimensions are fundamental to think about the configuration of the school order in relation to spaces, both in its materiality and in its symbolic construction Este artículo tiene por objetivo acercar un análisis que permite pensar la Asesoría Pedagógica desde el concepto de espacios escolares, en articulación con los modos en que las escuelas tramitan diferentes conflictos asociados a la convivencia.  La investigación se realizó desde un abordaje cualitativo, a partir del estudio comparativo de casos abordado en dos proyectos que se llevaron a cabo de forma paralela (PISAC II y PIC 152). A partir del análisis de entrevistas realizadas en tres escuelas secundarias públicas de la ciudad de Neuquén, nuestro estudio procuró identificar tensiones y articulaciones entre la materialidad del espacio -atendiendo a la ubicación y características de las Asesorías Pedagógicas en cada una de las escuelas estudiadas-, y la convivencia escolar. El abordaje metodológico y conceptual recupera los aportes del giro espacial, desde el cual se discute la noción del espacio como contenedor de las prácticas sociales y como un elemento dado. El análisis pretende mostrar algunas aristas del vínculo entre el espacio escolar y la dimensión de la convivencia, entendiendo que algunas de ellas se revelan en la definición que hacen las escuelas acerca de lo que consideran conflictivo, y de los mecanismos que ponen en funcionamiento para tramitarlo. Estas dimensiones resultan fundamentales para pensar la configuración del orden escolar en vínculo con los espacios, tanto en su materialidad como en su construcción simbólica.
