| Sumario: | In this article we present a pedagogical experience developed from the Didactic Planning and Teaching Practices in History chair, of the History Faculty, in the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences, of the National University of La Plata, during the year 2020. In the context of the covid 19 pandemic and given the unprecedented situation that the virtualization of education, the modification of times, spaces and school routines entailed, one of the first challenges we faced with students was to reflect on the selection and content organization and its social relevance. Ath history to teach and why do it become an intellectual provocation that invited us to situate ourselves in the school in times of isolation and immediacy.
