Within this framework, some challenges and difficulties for the consolidation of these processes will be observed, as well as suggestions or proposals will be detailed to continue their strengthening and future prospects in an articulated way in order to promote a more inclusive internationalization.

Within this framework, some challenges and difficulties for the consolidation of these processes will be observed, as well as suggestions or proposals will be detailed to continue their strengthening and future prospects in an articulated way in order to promote a more inclusive internationalization.   A partir de los marcos teóricos-conceptuales de los procesos de internacionalización de la Educación Superior de diversos autores globales (Knight y Altback, 2007; Knight 2008 y 2011; De Wit et al 2005; De Wit 2011 y 2013; Hudzik, 2011) y de nuestra región (Gacel-Ávila, 2007 y 2012; Oregioni, 2013; Taborga et al., 2013; Beneitone, 2014; Perrota, 2016 y 2018; Larrea y Astur, 2011; Abba, 2014 y 2018; Leal, y Moraes, 2018), el trabajo de gestión de las actividades de internacionalización realizadas por los autores en diversas universidades nacionales en los últimos 15 años, los análisis de casos particulares desarrollados en algunas universidades y diversos informes sobre los procesos de autoevaluación de las actividades de internacionalización de las universidades argentinas, se presentará en este artículo una reflexión sobre los principales desafíos de la gestión de los procesos de internacionalización institucional en el actual contexto pospandémico y sus posibilidades concretas de articulación con los procesos de virtualización en desarrollo en las instituciones de educación superior. En dicho marco, se observarán algunos desafíos y dificultades para la consolidación de estos procesos así como se detallarán sugerencias o propuestas para continuar su fortalecimiento y prospectiva futura de modo articulado a los fines de promover una internacionalización más inclusiva.
