description In this article I intend to analyze the disputed meanings in the struggle to rename the historic National Women's Encounters as Plurinational Women, Lesbians, Transvestites, Trans, Bisexuals, Intersexuals and Non-Binaries, a claim that seeks the recognition and visibility of the identities and identifications of those who inhabit this space. Through the analysis of the implications that this has for the broad movement of women and feminists in Argentina, the work explores the meanings that are settled in the debates on the change of name. At the same time it points out the confluence between indigenous women and sex-gender dissidence in this demand, which enables the formation of coalitions between/from the margins to question the inclusion/exclusion coordinates in the feminist agenda.
